ASHLEY STUCKER EXT. 21
Check-In Receptionist/Medical Assistant Ashley has been with APCM since 2009. Ashley will verify your information and insurance at check-in. She also assists in medication refills and pre-visit planning.
MELANIE GREEN EXT. 12
Check-Out Receptionist/Medical Assistant Melanie has been with APCM since 2010. Mel will assist you at check-out and schedule any specialist appointments/tests you may need.
MICHELLE OLIVER EXT. 30
Medical Assistant Michelle has been with APCM since 2010. She assists patients through the Intake process and pre-visit planning.
SOUA HER EXT. 10
Medical Assistant Soua has been with APCM since 2009. She assists patients through the Intake process and pre-visit planning. Soua also speaks Hmong.

Check-In Receptionist/Medical Assistant Cindy has been with APCM since June of 2011. Cindy will verify your information and insurance at check-in. She also assists in pre-vist planning and TDI forms.
