Associates in Primary Care Medicine is proud to partner up with Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness. For interested patients, we are offering the PREP program (Physician Referred Exercise Program) at $60 for 60 days. The program includes meeting with Healthtrax fitness professionals twice a week for education and exercise.

In addition, during these 60 days, patients will have unlimited access to the facility and its amenities. This is a special offer not available to the general public. If you are interested in participating, the Healthtrax referral form needs to be filled out and either faxed or given to you to bring along to the Healthtrax facility. 

Healthtrax offers group fitness classes, swimming lessions, personal training, child programs and more.

KW, a patient referred to Healthtrax by Dr. Kerzer, has been going to Healthtrax three times a week for over 13 months now. Over this time, he has lost over 90 pounds working with Program Coordinator Brandon Hayes.

JM, also referred to Healthrax by Dr. Kerzer, lost 30 pounds and lowered his Percent Body Fat over 10.0 points.

Benefits of his impressive weight loss through Healthrax include the opportunity to be a more active participant with his family, being able to walk, run and bike again, and enhancing his bucket list with more physical activities. Medically, he has had medications decreased or completely discontinued, is sleeping much better, and no longer has the clinical diagnosis of obesity.
