Our Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, Nanda Fritsch, is embedded within the primary care team and works directly with the team to assess patients with behavioral health and/or substance use symptoms and to provide brief treatment to patients and families within the primary care setting.  In addition, she expands the team's ability to effectively treat patients with chronic medical conditions by addressing behavioral factors that impact physical health.  She is available to assist patients with depression, anxiety, sleep problems, and other conditions that interfere with daily life.

Nanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master of Science degree with a specialization in Counseling Psychology. Nanda has worked in the field of mental health for over 19 years. Her experience includes working with adults with dual diagnoses, victims of domestic violence, sexual assault survivors, children, and adolescents with severe behavioral issues at schools and in both outpatient and intensive treatment facilities, and she is excited for her new role as a member of our primary care team.

Nanda is in the office on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and she is often available to see patients on the same day as their medical provider.  Nanda is fluent in English and Spanish.
